By using this workbench, you agree to craft with kindness. All tutorial patterns are for personal use only. If you wish to sell items made from our designs, please contact our studio for a commercial license.

Refunds & Kits

Due to the sensitive nature of organic raw materials (like live seeds or fresh dyes), kits must be returned in their original vacuum-sealed packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping Notes

Every DIYGiftShops parcel is packed like a small gift. We take care to ensure your materials arrive safely, neatly, and ready for crafting.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Handmade kits may take slightly longer depending on material availability and preparation time.

Shipping Duration

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. International delivery may take 10–20 days depending on location and customs handling.

Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your workbench.

Packaging

We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible—recyclable paper wraps, minimal plastics, and reusable containers for delicate materials.

Returns & Refunds

We want your crafting experience to feel joyful and worry-free. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original condition.

Eligible Items

Non-perishable kits, tools, and sealed materials are eligible for returns. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and material sensitivity, items like opened dyes, seeds, or organic materials cannot be accepted once unsealed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
